The Lessons of the Nature
This plant blooms every six months. The bud is mature for about two weeks. First, its base is formed, and then gradually — day after day — the petals on each other are layered on it. In the process they change their color very slowly, moving from green to saturated red. How is this possible? So simple. After all, these are the stages of ripening. When one stage smoothly passes into another, transforming the appearance of both — the creature and the plant.
The day is replaced by night, night by day. The bud — elastic and dense — becomes more and more, and now, finally, it is clear that he is ready to show himself to the world in all its glory.
But here nature is in no hurry too. The flower blossoms a few days. Standing next to him, looking at him, you think Well, come on! After all, it very little remains. You want to get your finger into his center, pull on yourself, quickly unfold its flowering. But you understand that this cannot be done in any case, because the whole structure of these new, young, tender petals is incredibly fragile, and they can get hurt from your coarse and greedy fingers.
Finally comes the day when the flower dissolves. This is a real holiday. All around is illuminated by its magnificent, unusual beauty, where there is everything that is needed for the celebration color accent, smell, waves of shapes and play of sunlight in the skirts of the dancing nature.
We have only one day to enjoy this carnival. Because exactly in a day the petals will begin to curdle, dry up and the whole blossoming bud will fall off at once. But it's not now. Do not think about the end when we are right at the peak, on the long-awaited summit of the action.
I always take photos of these blossoming buds. The bends of the lines and waves of flower — I do not know how nature manages to create such amazing things simple in its essence, but complex, if you observe them, if you absorb every step of their development.
Nature is no hurry. It does not make the transition from one state to another in a second. All periods of its life are predetermined by its development, but the transition from one period to another takes time. It is only necessary to wait for the day to change the night, and the night for the day, and not to hurry, letting time go on the points of its coordinates in a rhythm acceptable to it.
I cannot get what I want in one second, if much more time is needed to form and develop what I need. This patience, ability to wait and understanding that step by step is not just a saying, but a sense of the movement of the clock, space and events in it. The better these qualities are developed, the better you begin to feel the life around you. This is a bit kung-fu)) But, perhaps, one of those kung-fu that really is worth to developing.
Nature is always unique. It does not press the copy/paste function, it does not create identical clones, and does not stick to the given model in absolutely every detail. Nature, if expressed in the language of images, is very creative and allows for a small improvisation in its activities. In it everything is even within the framework of its kind, though something, but different. And these are not flaws, but the features that one individual decides from another. In nature there will not be two identical people, elephants, tigers, mountains, rivers, clouds, grasshoppers, parrots or leaves on a tree. Because it creates each living being as if according to the plan, but introducing at least a small of creativity in each of its creatures. All the flowers that blossomed from me were not identical. One was round, the second was oblong, the third had fewer petals, the fourth of the center had yellow antennae. This diversity is in each of us. Learning to take it into account is very important. This teaches you not to measure the entire surrounding world by yourself because not everyone is the same as you. Not everyone thinks and acts like you. All are different and this requires you to be on your guard what is in the mind of this person What did he plan To look in the one who creates, without imagining, not belittling or embellishing.
Nature is always acts according to the rhythm. Each life passes its own personal path of the hero from birth to death — step by step — according to the scenario that already existing for billions years. The bud cannot wilt at first, and then blossom. Its life is always follow the prescribed plan. And how would you not like to get inside of it with your fingers to speed up the process, you can not affect what your development and transformation requires.
The patience, ability to see all the stages, knowledge, when it is necessary to act and when — to wait. The ability to distinguish and dissociate, draw the boundaries, the ability to notice nuances, differences, without losing sight of the great in general - all this comes to my mind as an invaluable ability of the intellect, psyche and perception, when I just see this flower.
The next day the bud is fell down. At first it began to dry out around the edges. His petals curled, and I realized that this is the end.
And it was very beautiful. Expanded windows, in the background of the picture the city noise, the blue sky with rare white clouds, then a little bit of white — a window frame. Then a layer of green plants in pots on the table and, finally, the star of the picture, an accent on the floor — a red wavy bud that lying right in the middle of a ray of sunlight on wooden boards.
The history of flower. A lesson of the nature. I hope, we will meet again soon - maybe, in winter, maybe, next summer. When it will be good time for next stage of development.
